Your brand on the device, our name on the quality record

Last updated By Edward, Export sales

Every device in this catalogue is printed with a placeholder that says BRAND. That field is the product: your logo, your colourway, your carton, your warning panel. OEM puts your name on a model we already make, in 20 to 25 working days. ODM changes the hardware itself — shell, mouthpiece, airflow, coil — and takes 6 to 10 weeks because a mould is involved.

What changes, and what stays the same

Only four things change on a private-label order. The coil, the cell, the tank and the QC routine stay identical to the stock model, which is why OEM pricing sits close to stock pricing and why the test record still means something.

Changes: the device

Logo laser-etched or pad-printed on the body, your colourway on the shell, your model name where ours would sit. Minimum 3,000 units per model for a printed body.

Changes: the packaging

Carton, display box, leaflet and seal to your artwork, with the nicotine warning and age marking in the destination language. We proof the warning text before plates are cut.

Changes: flavour and strength

The tooled library, or a new profile developed in three iterations over about three weeks and exclusive to you for twelve months. Strength set to your market's ceiling.

Changes: the paperwork

Declarations and reports are reissued under your brand where the regulation allows, and the batch QC record is labelled with your SKU.

Stays: the atomisation stack

Same mesh coil, same resistance, same wicking. A private-label device and the stock device it came from vape identically — that is the point of buying an existing model.

Stays: the production line

Same line, same in-line QC: air-tightness, draw resistance, battery voltage, leak test. Your batch runs between other batches, not on a separate shadow line.

What the carton actually looks like

This is a production retail carton, photographed on the line. Three things change when it carries your brand: the artwork, the flavour name, and the warning panel — the panel is set in the destination language and printed at the proportion that market requires, not shrunk to fit a design.

A 2 mL disposable with its retail carton. The warning panel is a printed block on the lower third of the front face — it cannot be moved into the leaflet, and it cannot be reduced to a line of small print.
Stratovape-018H pod kit carton, pod and device, showing the two-pod pack configuration and the warning panel
A pod kit: device, prefilled pod and the two-pod carton. Pod formats are the route in markets moving against single-use devices, and the carton carries the pod count because it changes what the buyer is paying per millilitre.

OEM or ODM — the honest comparison

Most first orders are OEM, because it is faster and cheaper and the market cannot tell the difference. ODM is worth the tooling when the shape itself is the selling point, or when an existing model cannot be made compliant for your market.

OEM versus ODM on the same model. Tooling is quoted separately in both cases so the two can be compared line by line.

From brief to container, in five steps

The sequence below is the one that avoids the two most expensive mistakes: cutting plates before the warning text is verified, and shipping a SKU the destination market has not registered.

  1. Market and model. You send the destination country, target retail price and volume. We narrow the catalogue by compliance route first, then by cost per thousand puffs.
  2. Quote and sample. Unit price, carton plan, tooling (if ODM) and a sample date in writing. Stock samples ship in 3 to 5 working days.
  3. Artwork and compliance check. You send the logo and carton artwork; we return a proof with the warning panel and age marking set for your market, and list what your registration will need.
  4. Production and QC. 20 to 25 working days for OEM. In-line checks on air-tightness, draw resistance, battery voltage and leaks; the batch record is kept against your SKU.
  5. Documents and shipment. Invoice, packing list, CE and RoHS declarations, MSDS, UN38.3, and the loading plan. FOB Shanghai by default, CIF or DDP on request.

What we will not do. We do not print a trademark without a signed authorisation letter. We do not copy a competitor's device mould or e-liquid formula. We do not ship a market-specific SKU before the brand owner confirms registration is in place. And we do not supply product, samples or imagery for marketing to anyone under the legal age.

Send the artwork brief, get a costed plan

Model, market, volume and whether the shape stays or changes. You get a quote with tooling broken out separately, a sample date, and the document list your registration will need.
