2+10 is exactly what the name says: a 20 mL primary tank and a 10 mL reserve in one body, for 50,000 puffs at 20 mg. The second chamber is drained by switching the mouthpiece, so the user gets a fresh wick halfway through instead of a tired one at 40,000 puffs.
