What ships with the device, and what stays your job
Last updated By Edward, Export sales
A factory can hand over test reports; it cannot register your product. This page separates the two, because most first-time importers discover the difference at customs. Everything in the left-hand column below travels with your shipment; everything in the right-hand column is the brand owner's obligation in the destination market.
What we supply, and what you own
We supply
- CE declaration for the hardware
- RoHS declaration and material report
- REACH statement for wetted plastics
- MSDS for the e-liquid, per flavour family
- UN38.3 transport report for every cell
- TPD emissions and toxicological data for the 2 mL line, on request
- In-line QC record against your batch code
- Carton artwork with the warning panel in your language
You own
- Product notification or registration in the destination market
- The trademark you ask us to print, and its authorisation letter
- Advertising and promotional compliance in your market
- Excise, duty and VAT treatment on import
- Age verification at the point of sale
- Post-market surveillance and adverse-event reporting
- Deciding that the model fits the market's rules at all
The three rules that decide which model you can sell
Before price, before flavour, three constraints eliminate most of the catalogue in most markets. Check them in this order and the shortlist builds itself.
- Tank capacity. The EU and UK cap prefilled capacity at 2 mL. That single rule removes most of the range from those markets and leaves the 2 mL line and the pod systems. Everywhere else, capacity is set by the retail price point instead.
- Nicotine strength. 20 mg/mL is the ceiling in the EU and UK; other markets allow 50 mg/mL or set their own limit. Strength is filled to order, so this narrows the label, not the model.
- Device type. Some markets are moving against single-use devices and require a rechargeable or refillable format. That is the pod line: Stratovape-018H with prefilled pods, or W02-600 shipped empty for your own liquid.
Child resistance and tamper evidence
Two features that are optional in some markets and mandatory in others, and both change tooling. Ask for them at quotation stage, not after the plates are cut.
| Feature | Where it is available | Effect on order |
|---|---|---|
| Child-resistant carton | 2 mL line and pod line | New carton die; adds 3–5 days to first run |
| Tamper-evident seal | All models | Standard option, no tooling |
| Physical child lock | PULSE X | Fitted as standard on that device |
| Visible fill level | MAGIC, 3-in-1 200K, W02-600 | Body style, no tooling |
What the market inspector looks at
Not the device. The carton, the warning panel, the fill level and the paperwork. These two photographs show what a compliant retail pack looks like in the hand: device, sealed carton, warning block, flavour name on the spine.

Age and marketing. Nicotine products are for adults only. The minimum age is set by the destination market — 18 in most of Europe, 21 in the United States. Nothing on this site is intended for anyone under that age, and we do not supply product, samples or imagery for use in marketing to minors. Health claims about vaping are restricted in most markets; we make none, and we do not describe any product here as a smoking cessation aid.
Ask for the document list for your market
Tell us the destination country and the model. We send the technical file index for that market, note which documents are already issued and which need to be generated for your SKU.
